“We had a wonderful experience with Eivan's! We did tons of research prior to selecting our photography & videography packages. Their 10-hour package for both photo and video was way more affordable than other companies. They had good reviews, so we went for it! I did worry about whether we cheaped out (the whole "you get what you pay for" mentality), but I'm so happy to say that our wedding photos are absolutely stunning and we were really pleased with the video. I appreciate how you can offer feedback on editing. I was not a fan of the first photographer they matched us with (just stylistic differences) - and the Eivan's team worked through the weekend to find us an alternative. We were so relieved! Pro tip: Just in case we didn't like how the video was cut together, I also asked for the raw footage in our initial contract and they provided it at no additional cost. The basic package includes a 30-60 minute video but our videographer took almost 11-hours of footage - we wanted it all! I was very grateful to the company for accommodating our request. All in all, the only area you feel "you get what you pay for" is the timeline post-wedding. It takes a long time for you to get access to the high-res imagery without watermarks. But we are being patient and not spending extra to get them before the holidays! We figure, we'll have these beautiful photos the rest of our lives, what's three months? When you know this ahead of time it'll help to manage expectations and you won't be peeved like so many nutty brides out there who left bad reviews because of it. Thanks Eivan's!”

Rob and his team helped us make custom cuts of our ceremony music at no additional cost. We also booked our uplights through their team, and they were beautiful. Not only could you select the color, but the lights could also be programmed to cycle through colors for more of a party vibe. I could not recommend DJ Jeff Collins more highly. He was professional and on time, and most importantly, had incredible energy. He hit all of our requests for the evening, both for the dinner portion of the night and the dance party afterwards. The uplights they brought for the room were priced very well and created a beautiful atmosphere. The music planning worksheet they provided was incredibly helpful, and they offered valuable advice on the timeline and flow of the reception, which was a huge help. They were fun to work with, and on the night of the wedding, they absolutely crushed it. The music was fantastic, they kept the vibes high, and their crowd engagement was excellent. “When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we were initially hesitant to book Once Like a Spark Wedding Co. since they were not a local company, and we didn't get to talk directly to the photographer or videographer until the day of the wedding. That being said, what sold us was their website/gallery, their professionalism when getting a quote, and that our venue vouched for them. OLAS' team's communication was responsive, quick, and thorough, putting us at ease. We had planning calls and surveys leading up the day of. Jasmine T did a stellar job setting us up to look our best, and she had her work cut out for her, because she was dealing with two brides, two dresses, and an outfit change! Jasmine was also great about following our instructions from the survey and planning meetings. For example, we had included pictures in front of a wall of donuts at the venue, but we later changed the wall of donuts to cannoli's and forgot to tell OLAS. Turns out the venue threw in the donut wall back in without telling us. Jasmine brought us to the wall, and it made for a great surprise and cute pictures. Jeremy did an amazing job on the videography and editing. Watching the highlight video made us cry because he really captured our best moments and those real smiles in the midst of the stress and hustle and bustle of the wedding day. OLAS gave us complimentary rush photos and video without us asking which was a 2-3 week was turn around. Despite our initial trepidation, we are so happy we booked OLAS. They went above and beyond to make our special day memorable for a lifetime. “Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”

We had the pleasure of booking Chris for our wedding during his busy schedule and we could not have made a better choice. He made sure we had everything we wanted and more! From providing music for our ceremony, reception, and after party, to all the amazing details including dancing on the clouds, cold sparklers, CO2 gun (my favorite), handouts, all kinds of lighting that really set the scene, as well as Photo Booth for our guests to help us capture the evening! He was a one stop shop which made it incredibly easy to work with only one vendor for all of our entertainment needs. He ensured all of our music was exactly what we wanted and did a fantastic job MC’ing the evening. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

“Misha is the most creative, talented and kind human ever! It was an absolute joy working with Misha. I am so so grateful we found her both because her florals were beyond stunning and because she took such good care of us! In terms of floral design- Misha is nothing short of a creative genius. This is not an exaggeration. I’m truly stunned by how incredibly unique each of her weddings are. She took the time to really get to know us and figure out exactly what we wanted- even what we didn’t even know we wanted. I gave her minimal direction and was completely stunned by how she managed to produce even more than what I could have imagined. I wanted something bright, colorful and unique with lots of personality and life. She provided the most beautiful, colorful and lush florals I’ve ever seen. Also, I am pretty sure that Misha provided even more florals than I paid for just out of her own kindness and generosity. There were so many unique flowers and every stem seemed intentionally hand-selected and placed. We got SO many compliments on our florals! Now onto Misha herself - it’s such a gift that such a talented person also happens to be one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Misha is a trained social worker and it shows. Misha doesn’t just provide a service, she nurtures relationships. She was very understanding and respectful about working within our budget - these conversations never felt awkward with Misha. She is also so thorough and on top of it- you will be getting updates, regular check-in calls - she makes you feel like you have her full attention and energy even though she has tons of clients and weddings! You are not just paying for one day of flowers (even though they themselves would be worth it!) - you are getting endless hours of her time, creativity, design work and collaboration. Working with Misha was the best decision we made when it came to our wedding and I could not recommend her more highly. I would not hesitate for a second to reach out if even a part of you is interested or curious about working with her!”

Our initial meeting was via Zoom, which made working it around our schedule super easy. He was extremely responsive to all of my emails, and even was workable with our budget and what we wanted to accomplish with photography. I love his ability to take un-staged, in the moment photos as well as great family photos. He went above and beyond for us, and we are grateful for so many amazing photos to choose from.
